Overview

We want you to love your Sanaya ritual. If something isn't right, we offer returns and refunds under the terms below. Because some of our items are cosmetic products used directly on skin, condition requirements differ by product type — see the breakdown below before starting a return.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return or exchange. Requests submitted after 30 days can't be accepted.

Condition Requirements

  • Glow Beauty Massager: must be unused or like-new, in original packaging, with all accessories and cables included. Devices that show signs of use (skin contact, activation, wear) are not eligible for a change-of-mind return, only for a defect claim (see below).
  • Hyaluronic Acid Serum, Hyaluronic Moisturizer, Silicone Face Mask: must be unopened and in original, sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened or used topicals or skin-contact tools for a change-of-mind return.
  • Ritual Bundles: each component inside the bundle must meet the condition requirement listed above for that item.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery (please reach out within 48 hours if the item arrived visibly damaged, so we can also file a carrier claim).
  • We cover return shipping and issue a full refund or free replacement — no restocking fee applies.
  • A photo of the issue is required to process defective or damaged item claims.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind:

  • Standalone topicals & tools (Serum, Moisturizer, Silicone Face Mask): full refund of the item price, provided it's unopened. No restocking fee. Customer covers return shipping.
  • Glow Beauty Massager and Ritual Bundles (Glow Ritual, Renewal Ritual): full refund minus a 15% restocking fee, provided condition requirements above are met. Customer covers return shipping.

Ritual Bundle Returns (Partial Returns)

The bundle discount only applies if you keep the full bundle. If you keep some items and return others, we refund the difference between what you paid and the standalone price of what you keep, minus the 15% restocking fee.

Example: Glow Ritual ($240.99 paid). Return the Serum + Moisturizer, keep the Massager (standalone $199). Refund = ($240.99 − $199) × 85% = $35.69.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used serums, moisturizers, or face masks (hygiene)
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without a return authorization

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's issued.
