Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Defective or damaged items are covered with free return shipping and no restocking fee. Change-of-mind returns are accepted too, with a 15% restocking fee on the Glow Beauty Massager and Ritual Bundles. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
Can I return just one item from a Ritual bundle?
Yes. The bundle discount only holds if you keep the full bundle, so returning part of it refunds the difference between what you paid and the standalone price of what you keep, minus the restocking fee. See the full breakdown, with an example, on our Return & Refund Policy page.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Does shipping cost extra?
Shipping is a flat $5.99, and free on orders over $50.
Product Safety & Usage
Is the Glow Beauty Massager safe to use?
For most people, yes. It isn't recommended if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device, and it's generally advised against during pregnancy as a precaution. If you're on a photosensitizing medication (certain antibiotics, acne medications, or antidepressants can qualify), check with your doctor before adding LED light therapy to your routine. When in doubt, a quick conversation with your physician is the safest first step.
How often should I use the massager?
Ten minutes a day is the standard recommendation. Consistency matters more than intensity; results build gradually with regular use and fade if you stop, similar to how a workout's effects fade without continued training.
Can I use the massager with other skincare products?

What's the difference between the Hyaluronic Acid Serum and the Hyaluronic Moisturizer?
The serum delivers a concentrated, fast-absorbing dose of hyaluronic acid to hydrate skin. The moisturizer seals that hydration in so it doesn't evaporate back out. Do I need the whole Ritual, or can I buy items separately?
Either works. Each product is sold individually, but the Ritual bundles are built around the correct usage order and priced at a discount versus buying the items separately.
How do I use the silicone face mask?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
